Aluminum Brazing Seminar

$295 -- PLUS seminar-registration fee for each FIRST-TIME attendee from your company, or ---

$395 -- PLUS a reduced seminar-registration fee per person if EACH attendee from your company has been to a previous K&A Aluminum Seminar

You can register by one of several different methods:

  • You can register for a vendor-table right here on-line using a credit card
    (scroll down and fill-in the form below).

  • You can download a hard copy of a Vendor-Table Registration Form by clicking here, filling it in, and faxing it to 860-651-1919. You will then need to send a check for the appropriate amount to Kay & Associates (make check payable to "Kay & Associates").

  • You can also have a Vendor-Table Registration Form sent to you. Please call and a form will be faxed to you, or sent as an e-mail attachment, whichever you prefer.

It doesn't get much easier than that!

What's Included: Your $295 fee (or $395 fee) covers the costs for an 8-foot long by 30-inch wide table, upon which your company can place its display and advertising materials. A standard 120-volt electric cable connection can be supplied to your display-table, if needed. PLEASE LET US KNOW.

Displays may be manned by no more than two (2) persons at a time, and must be in good taste. All display materials must be able to fit on top of the 8-foot tables, since there will not be sufficient floor space behind the tables, nor will there be any wall-space upon which to hang any items or signs.

If you attended a previous K&A Aluminum Brazing/Soldering Seminar, then you, and any others who attended a previous K&A Aluminum Brazing Seminar, will only need to pay a reduced registration fee to attend the seminar again in 2008.

Please note, however, that the $295 table fee is a discounted rate because it is offered in combo with the seminar registration for at least one NEW attendee from your company.

The $395 fee for the display-table will apply when each attendee from your company has attended one of our previous K&A Aluminum Brazing Seminars, since the required registration fee for each previous-attendee is a greatly reduced one (only $350, compared to the $1175 charge for each first-time attendee).

Please call us if you have questions about any of this, and also to have us MANUALLY enter your credit card fees if you are registering as a graduate of a previous K&A Aluminum Brazing Seminar.

Payment: Reservations for table-top displays require full payment in advance -- and should be sent in as soon as possible.

NOTE: Kay & Associates reserves the right to cancel seminar, and the golf outing, for lack of registrations. If that occurs, Kay & Associates will notify you no later than ten (10) days prior to the seminar date, and refund your money.
