Aluminum Brazing Seminar-- Golf Registration Form

What's Included: Your $65/person fee covers the costs for 18-holes of golf, free use of an electric golf-cart, and two bottles of water (one for each nine-hole section of the golf course).

Payment: Reservations require full payment in advance -- and should be sent in as soon as possible.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The golf outing is only open to those who have also registered to attend the full 2-day aluminum brazing seminar.
