Seminar Registration Form
Seminar cost for one (1) person: $1795.
When two (2) or three (3) persons (attending from the same company location) REGISTER TOGETHER AT THE SAME TIME ON THE SAME REGISTRATION FORM, the seminar fee is reduced to only $1750/person.
(OTHERWISE, ANY REGISTRATION FORM THAT IS SUBMITTED FOR ONLY ONE PERSON WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL $1795 PRICE)
When FOUR (4) or more people from the SAME plant location register AT THE SAME TIME ON THE SAME REGISTRATION FORM, the seminar fee is reduced to only $1725/person.
What's Included: Your fee covers the costs for the seminar, a copy of the updated AWS BRAZING HANDBOOK (Fifth Ed.), a bound book of class instruction materials, additional handouts, a buffet lunch each day, and refreshments during breaks each morning and afternoon.
NOTE: Attendees are responsible for costs of their own rooms, morning & evening meals, transportation, and incidentals. Seminars go from 8:00 AM to 5 PM each day (including the final day of the seminar), so plan accordingly!
Payment: Reservations require FULL PAYMENT IN ADVANCE, and should be sent in as soon as possible if not paying by credit card.
CREDIT CARD USERS: Be certain that the credit card address you use is the actual billing address for the credit card used! Very important! Also, please do NOT include any building or room numbers, or P.O. Boxes in the address -- that will cause the registration process to fail -- just use the actual street address for your credit card billing statements only.
IF YOU CANCEL: Cancellations two weeks before seminar forfeit one-third of the seminar fee, within one week of seminar will forfeit half of the fee, and during the week of the seminar will forfeit the entire fee. No-shows also forfeit entire fee.
